Religion - The disguised scam of human history?
Many people call me an
atheist, some call me non-religious and others call me insane. But I am proud
of myself that I am not at least emotional fool like them and puppets of the
leaders. Most people on this Earth are like that. Have you ever seen a class of
50 students having 45 toppers? No will be the answer in most cases. Similar is
the case with the Earth’s population. Not all can be practical, clear
visionaries, truth seekers, sane and fortunate to know the truth.
The truth about life
and God has always been misrepresented by the leaders of the past. People have
followed them blindly that has led to immense hate among people of different
religions. If you tend to follow a religion too seriously then it will block your mind towards the thoughts
of others, will make you more arrogant and blind to better opinions.
Most people think of
money involved when they hear the word scam. However, in this blog I am not
going to reveal a billion-dollar scam but a scam that has kept most people on
this Earth in a delusion and away from the reality. I am pretty sure that some of
you who read this article will agree that Religion is the biggest scam that has
happened in the human history. Since the inception of religions, people have
been more prone to being emotional fool and away from reality.
This scam was very
well planned and framed by the leaders of the past. If you go through most of
the religious scriptures, you won’t find the origins and formation of
religions. They are filled only and only with things associated to the supreme
power, spirituality and past. But the leaders have exploited those scriptures
and made people believe that they belong to a certain religion. Religion is the
main reason of conflict these days all over the world and was in the past as
well. The cunning leaders of the present are continuing the legacy of their
predecessors.
Let’s think that why
the leaders have put people in such a position? Why missionaries of different
religions around the world are working day and night and pouring in millions of
bucks to allure people to adopt their religion? Why some countries are
supporting the religious leaders to spread the message of religion and make
people think that they are the best? Why people always argue that their
religion is the best and is the only way to reach God? Why religious people are
very emotional about their religion and think that other religions are a waste
of time? Have you ever asked yourself these questions? Have you ever thought
that how impractical is to think that you are the best and rest are not? It is
such a racist thinking and often you will see that people associated deeply
with any religion will be more biased and extreme in their approach.
You can see all over
the world that different religions try to dominate each other by increasing
their numbers. Is there a benefit there? Indeed. From the past thousands of
years, masses have been denied the real picture of the world and leaders have
been ruling the masses by creating divide among people. In every country on
this Earth, leaders use this tool to sustain their reign.
When I use the word
leader, it doesn’t always mean the political leaders but the people who rule
this society. The rich that is one percent of the earth’s population but holds
the 90% of the total wealth. The industrialists in the past and present. The
people with power and influence. They are the ones who rightly know the real
scenario of religions and they also know how to exploit it to gain benefit. The
leaders are the ones who have always restricted people from climbing that
ladder to reach the pinnacle. They have dug potholes in the way of masses so
that they are always deprived of the truth. The biggest pothole is the
religion. Religion is like a Blackhole in the space and the truth is like a
light. The Blackhole doesn’t even let the light escape if it catches it. There
is no place for truth in religion and there is no need of religion if there is
truth.
People have got to
understand this that how they are being emotionally and sentimentally fooled by
the leaders in a way that they are not even aware of it. Masses are made to
believe what the leaders want them to believe through the prism of religion.
Another reason that I
call religion a scam is also that a lot of money is also involved in it. Most
people will choose to donate to a religious organisation than helping a poor
get his food. This pathetic mindset is very dangerous for everyone. There have
been many instances in the recent past when wars have happened because of
religions. People still don’t understand the importance of being one. Religion
only creates divide. People say that it leads to God. But sorry, I pity on
them.
If people want this
Earth to be a better place, then they need to look beyond religion. You see
most of the countries that are not religious are the ones with better economy.
The countries like INDIA and PAKISTAN have not been able to stabilize the
situation among them since 1947. The only reason behind is the pathetic mindset
of people. People in these two countries are extremely racial and biased when
it comes to religion. People are strongly strangled in the religious scam that
they are not able to see the truth. The truth that most people on this earth
fail to see. The truth that we all are homo sapiens and nothing distinguishes
us. The truth that we are born the same way by same biological process. The
truth that we all will die one day, and no one will give a damn about that
after a few years. If people understand this truth, then there would be no
wars. It is not the political leaders that initiate the war. It is the
prejudiced thinking of people on both the sides of border that gives a green
signal to the governments to declare war on the opposition. It is about the
pitiful thinking of people when they start justifying the mass killings and
genocides of people in the past. It is the pathetic mindset. When Malala Yousafzai’s
father was asked about the person who shot his daughter. He replied that he
wasn’t a man, it was an ideology. Your ideology, thinking and mind are the most
powerful weapons. These weapons cannot be defeated by the war weapons. You can
kill a person, but you can’t kill his ideology. So, to counter that, leaders
play with your mind and ideology by creating a divide based on religions. The
divide will only happen if there were religions.
Have you ever noticed
that the different religions were designed in such a way that they contradict
with most of the points from other religions? This is the biggest proof that why
religions were brought into existence and how they were used to create divide.
If anyone
intentionally or unintentionally ignores this truth, then no one can help them.
Being religious is like a mental disorder. I know that I am using too strong a
word to describe this, but this is the way it is. If you as a religious person
think that the scriptures you read are the ones that will help you achieve God,
or you think that certain rituals and ceremonies you perform are the way the
God wants you to do. Then you are seriously mentally ill. Many people who say
that they respect other religions, but they like to follow their own is like saying that I am a vegetarian, but I only eat egg and curry from a chicken dish. It is
like fooling yourself. Many Leaders also give this argument that every religion
has its own way to reach God. They say that destination is one, but ways can be
many. You see that the language and theory that they use to attract people is
very cunning and smartly designed.
People in our country
have been successfully scammed over the past many years and they continue to
fall in this trap. As a speaker and trainer, these days I see some youngsters
escaping this scam but most of them are still falling into this pothole because
of the traditional thinking of their parents and society.
Another scam that is
associated with religion is the religious leaders. These people are the most
intelligent and smart people on Earth. They very well know that what emotions
and beliefs people have in their minds and heart. They also know how to exploit
it. They can make you believe that they are the ones who will help you in every
situation of your life. They are also able to make some people believe that
they have a direct telephone line with the almighty and can help you achieve anything
you want in life. This scam has made people helpless and dependent on them. People
following religious leaders may earn well in life, they may become what they
want, they may fulfill all their dreams. But they will always live in a state of
confusion and delusion. These kinds of people are very anxious and gets into
depression very easily. They never remain happy. They will never discover the
truth about life.
Our society has become
so obsessed with religions today that people are not open to new ideas and
development. The world would be a great place to live if there were no
religion. If there were no religion then there wouldn’t be fights and
discrimination. It is asking too much, but I think that the future generations
may realize the need of better place to live rather than the need of religion.
